Running a nonprofit isnā€™t as simple as just focusing on the job. To successfully meet the demands of todayā€™s changing landscape, you must build a cohesive leadership team.

Often times the odds may be stacked against you ifā€¦

  • You inherit team members who are opposed to any kind of change.

  • Communicating your vision is proving to be a challenge.

  • You and your board might hold varying viewpoints on the concept of governance.

In short, the likelihood of successfully steering your nonprofit in the right direction, with so many competing variables, might be difficult.

In other words, itā€™s highly unlikely.

However, with the right training and support, you can tilt the odds back in your favor.

Leading a Community Organization is Hard.

Navigating Your Leadership Journey is an affordable, hands-on program, designed to strengthen your leadership team and empower you to collectively sustain a thriving organization.

This leadership journey is a 3-month hybrid program that includes a unique blend of interactive activities with the key team members of your team. Through a combination coaching and collaboration with other organizations, youā€™ll learn how to successfully lead your organization, feel confident, and perform at your absolute best.

What Hasse and Sharonā€™s Clients Say

  • "I had the pleasure of working with Hasse during a pivotal time serving on a nonprofit board. She effortlessly led and supported my team and I in strategically navigating deep and complex organizational growth edges. Hasse brought professionalism, compassion, and nimble structure at a critical time. Iā€™m not sure our team would have been able to strategically chart its path without her expertise, flawless facilitation skills, dynamic lived experience and innovation. I look forward to continued guidance from her and feel more than confident our team will thrive with Hasseā€™s talented approach and culturally conscious leadership."

    Jessica Ozberker, LCSW, LPCC

    Board member of nonprofit organization

  • "We engaged with SAS Services to help our organization through a needs assessment and strategic alignment process. The time and resources spent on the engagement with SAS Services was well worth it. Our partnership with SAS over the past 10+ years has been very successful and rewarding. SAS continues to fill a need we have regarding strategic planning, organizational improvement / transformation, and facilitation."

    Hawaii Primary Care Association

  • "I reached out to Pagel Solutions to help build up our L&D pathway for the leaders in my organization. This was a budding initiative for the organization and was initially met with a lot of hesitation and resistance. Hasse was able to come to the table and help me carve out a customized and substantive L&D program for my organization. Since the early beginnings, Hasse has been able to come into the organization, gain buy in from hesitant leaders and create a seamless path towards such a huge shift in the organization. Over the years, Hasse has shown great compassion, warmth and sensitivity in her approach with my leaders. The success of my training program is largely due to the foundational work laid by Pagel Solutions. I'd highly recommend Pagel Solutions for all your training, and coaching initiatives!"
